We accept most PPO insurance plans as out-of-network providers. We are in-network with Cigna and select Blue Shield plans. We also accept CorVel and HealthSmart Workers Compensation insurance.

Please note, we do not accept Covered California Blue Shield Plans or any plans that go through American Specialty Health.

To use your health insurance for services, follow these steps:

1. Provide your information for verification in the form below.

2. Once we receive the completed form, we will check your insurance coverage for acupuncture services.

3. If your insurance covers acupuncture, we will handle the billing for you.

4. Remember, you are responsible for any charges if your insurance denies coverage for a claim or part of it.
